Gary Goetz

Gary is a lifelong Republican and Connecticut resident. He and his growing family settled in Brookfield in 1997 from nearby Danbury. He and his wife of 37 years, Laurie (Neville), raised their daughters here in town. All three daughters were educated within our Brookfield School system and graduated from Brookfield High School. Gary was elected to the Zoning Commission 2 years ago and is currently Chairman. Having been elected as Selectman a few years ago he is an active member of the Brookfield Republican Town Committee for many years and the Danbury Rotary Club. He earned a BA from WCSU and holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration.

Gary has many years of experience in managing successful healthcare practices and organizations with diverse populations and settings. Gary Goetz strongly believes that now is the time to build on the success of the past two years of the Tara Carr administration and continue to put the residents and taxpayers of Brookfield first by working together as a team to bring about the best results. Protecting the interests of the Town and its people has been Gary’s focus for these past two years. He now seeks the honor to serve the people of Brookfield as their Town Clerk. Gary humbly asks for your support and promises to work hard to bring improved operations and customer service to the important office of Town Clerk.
